| E-Rep |
|
| E-Rep is a system that is able to analyze customer enquiries in free text, and to handle over 50% of all enquiries automatically without a need of a human Rep. This reduces wait time and the number of incoming telephone calls to the call center, increases customer satisfaction, and reduces the call center operational expenses.
E-Rep technology is based on Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning technology. The Semantic Role Labeling (SRL) technique which is used by E-Rep provides an understanding accuracy of approx 85% compared to accuracy of approx. 35% of keywords based technologies. This makes E-Rep capable of interacting with customers calls automatically. |
