FAXport SAP& Oracle Application Connector - The FAXport Connector for SAP & Oracle Application enables SAP & Oracle customers to send and receive documents directly from those environments, via fax, email or the Internet, directly from the SAP & Oracle applications. It provides automated, unattended fax delivery of mission-critical documents from virtually all SAP & Oracle applications, an immediate or scheduled delivery to take advantage of reduced phone rates, message tracking, notification and delivery status within SAP & Oracle solutions, and Wireless access to fax and email. A generic connector TRANSportis available for other applications and legacy environments as: OpenVMS, AS400, Unix & Linux, Mainframe, and DOS.
E-mail Connector
FAXport e-mail Connector - FAXport e-mail connector supports any Exchangeversion (5.5, 2000, 2003), and any Lotus Notes/Domino version. The new connector supports current versions, old versions, and will support future versions of Exchange. This is helpful to FAXport customers - when upgrading their e-mail environments; they will not need to make any changes to FAXport. FAXport 4 Exchange does not require user training - to send a fax from Outlook, the user needs to enter a plane fax number in the "To" field, or chose a fax number from the address book - no need to enter special signs with the fax number. The same message can be sent simultaneously by fax and e-mail. The e-mail connector's inbound fax routing function provides the user with benefits as: Availability - The fax is never busy, Immediacy - The fax arrives with no delays, Privacy - Only the recipient sees the fax, Convenience - The fax arrives to the user's desktop, Location Independent - Inbound faxes can be read anywhere as e-mail, Efficiency - No need to search for lost faxes. To install the Client in large sites, FAXport offers an MSI installation package that allows an automatic installation without the interference of the user.
